Transport of dangerous goods - ADR Advisor

Every company that transports dangerous goods is obliged to use an ADR advisor. The certificate (valid for 5 years) qualifies to work within companies that transport dangerous goods by road and/or rail and with the following specialisations

a) Class 1 - explosives;

b) Class 2 - gases;

c) Class 3 - various classes;

d) Class 7 - radioactive material;

e) Petroleum products.

There is no requirement to register for the examination.

Those wishing to take the examination must submit a stamped application during the opening period by filling in and sending the application online through the Citizen's Room, which can be reached from the link below, after identifying themselves via SPID (Sistema Pubblico di Identità Digitale), CIE (Carta d'Identità Elettronica), CNS (Carta Nazionale dei Servizi) or CPS (Carta Provinciale dei Servizi):

For the exam to obtain the ADR Adviser certificate, you must use PAGOPA via:

• the "Motorist Portal" and following PAGOPA INSTRUCTIONS.pdf 544.43 kB.

For the issue deliver:

• n.2 PAGOPA payment receipts for stamp duty (select Tariff N019 twice in PAGOPA Ambit "Trento");
• receipt of the payment made by PAGOPA of € 123.95 (Tariff T073 in PAGOPA Ambito "Trento");
• receipt for payment made by PAGOPA of € 5.16 for certificate issue (Tariffa T088 of PAGOPA Ambito "Trento");
• identification document.

For integration submit:

• n.2 PAGOPA payment receipts for stamp duty (select Tariffa N019 twice in PAGOPA Ambito "Trento");
• receipt of the payment made by PAGOPA of € 103,29 (Tariffa T070 in PAGOPA Ambito "Trento");
• receipt of the payment made through PAGOPA of € 5.16 for certificate issue (Tariffa T088 of PAGOPA Ambito "Trento");
• identification document.

For renewal

• n.2 receipts for payment made by PAGOPA for the stamp (Tariffa N019 of PAGOPA Ambito "Trento");
• receipt for payment made by PAGOPA of € 103.29 (Tariffa T070 di PAGOPA Ambito "Trento");
• receipt for payment made by PAGOPA of € 5.16 for certificate issue (Tariffa T088 of PAGOPA Ambito "Trento");
• identification document.

If the candidate fails to pass the examination, the amount of €5.16 and stamp duty 2 will be returned to him/her.

NB: If the certificate is sent, the cost will be borne by the recipient.

Examination date 20 October 2025 - Submission of applications from 19 August to 19 September 2025.
