Water concessions - Forms for non-hydro applications

Applications for concessions of new water derivations for non-hydroelectric use, i.e. for variants, modifications or communication of the end of works, are submitted to the Public Water Use Service (SUAP).

The same applications must be accompanied by an appropriate report and documentation to illustrate the environmental aspects and the consistency of the project with the criteria and conditions indicated in the General Public Water Use Plan (PGUAP) and the Water Protection Plan (PTA-2022), also including the characteristics of the monitoring plan of the water body concerned, where necessary.

SUAP verifies the documentation received, proceeds to the publication of a notice in the Regional Official Bulletin and in the Register of the municipalities territorially concerned, according to the provisions of Provincial Law no. 18/1976. In the event of inadmissibility or inadmissibility, it proceeds to dismiss or reject the application by adopting an express measure.

Citizens, Associations, Companies, Sole Proprietorships, Professionals, Bodies and other Organisations

The application may be submitted in person by the recipients of the service, or with the support of a technical or consulting firm.

Companies/professionals: the application with its annexes must be sent via PEC, to the address of the Public Water Use Service serv.acquepubbliche@pec.provincia.tn.it.

Private entities: the application must be sent with its attachments, to the above address, possibly via a non-certified email address or via the professional who prepared the technical documents.

Public administrations federated with P.I.Tre.: send the application with its annexes via P.I.Tre. interoperability.

Documents to be submitted

• Technical report accompanying the application
• Technical documents underlying the application
• Declaration and documentation required for ex ante evaluation (for new applications from surface watercourse with maximum flow rate greater than 10 l/s)
• Copy of the telematic receipt (RT) of the payment of Euro 52.00, made through PagoPA (for ordinary concessions and substantial variations on ARS, ARP and VR form only)
• Proxy to one of more applicants to represent the applicant vis-à-vis the administration and to sign the application
• Possible delegation to a third party for the electronic submission of the application

Depending on the proceedings, deadlines vary up to a maximum of 300 days from the working day following receipt of the request.
