The copy of the land register replaces the old land register extract and contains all entries and endorsements up to the date of compilation.

Land registry entries are updated daily via computerised systems by incorporating the changes contained in applications and set out in land registry decrees.

The downloaded copy of the master register (or copy of the land registry entry) has no certifying value; it serves merely as a reference.

The service is only available if the citizen’s tax code can be used to uniquely identify a single record in the database.

The data may be accessed by the owner.

The data can be accessed online by logging in using one of the authorised methods (CPS/CNS, SPID, CIE).

If there are any errors, you can report them and request clarification by contacting theland registry offices of the Autonomous Province of Trento.
