Description
Holders of rights in rem over real estate that have undergone
- changes in the configuration and surface area of plots of land
- changes following the erection, alteration or demolition of buildings
are required to communicate these changes by means of a cadastral update deed, called Type of fractionation, prepared with PreGeo software (more details at https://www.provincia.tn.it/News/Pregeo) by a qualified technician.
Restrictions
Fees are due for each application for approval, which may be repeated a second time without payment of further fees, within 60 days of the notice of non-registrability.
