Trento Malè Mezzana Railway - Authorisation for distance reduction

As provided for by Presidential Decree 753/1980, those intending to construct, reconstruct or extend buildings or artefacts of any kind within a distance of 30 metres from the Trento Malè Mezzana railway, in particular within the occupation zone of the nearest railway, must obtain authorisation from the Civil Motor Vehicle Authority and the nulla osta of the Trentino Trasporti operator. Authorisation may be issued following an assessment concerning public safety, railway preservation, the nature of the terrain and special local circumstances.

The service is open to all interested parties.

In order to be able to proceed with the request for authorisation to derogate distances, it is necessary to send the forms in the section below to the pec of the Civil Motor Vehicle Authority: motorizzazione.civile@pec.provincia.tn.it

• form "Application for authorisation for distance reduction" completed and signed by the applicant(s) and the designer;
• "Form for cancellation of revenue stamps" with two 16.00 euro revenue stamps;
• graphical drawings in pdf format digitally signed by the appointed technician including
  • chorography in scale 1:10,000/25,000
  • cadastral map extract, indicating the outline of the new intervention;
  • planimetry on a scale of 1:100/200 state of affairs, project and comparison;
  • elevations on a scale of 1:100 actual state, project and comparison;
  • significant sections of the construction referring to the track on a scale of 1:100;
  • status, project and comparison;
  • technical report;
  • photographic documentation;
• document "Identification of possible risks associated with works to be carried out near the railway premises" signed by the Applicant;
• photocopy of an identity document and tax code of the applicant(s) and designer.
