Every company that transports dangerous goods is required to appoint anADR adviser. The relevant certificate (valid for 5 years) authorises the holder to work within companies that transport dangerous goods by road and/or rail, with the following specialisations: 

a) Class 1 – explosives;

b) Class 2 – gases;

c) Class 3 – miscellaneous classes;

d) Class 7 – radioactive materials;

e) Petroleum products.

To sit the examination to obtain the ADR Adviser certificate, you must use the PAGOPA service via:

To obtain the certificate, please submit:

  • 2 PAGOPA payment receipts for the road tax (select Tariff N019 twice in the PAGOPA ‘Trento’ section);
  • a receipt for the payment made via PAGOPA amounting to €123.95 (PAGOPA Tariff T073, “Trento” area);
  • a receipt for the payment made via PAGOPA amounting to €5.16 for the issue of the certificate (PAGOPA Tariff T088 for the ‘Trento’ area);
  • proof of identity.

To complete the application, please submit:

  • 2 PAGOPA payment receipts for the road tax (select Tariff N019 twice in PAGOPA under the “Trento” area);
  • receipt of payment made via PAGOPA amounting to €103.29 (PAGOPA Tariff T070, ‘Trento’ area);
