Support for businesses at the northern junction of the Trento railway bypass

Types of projects eligible for funding 

The grant is payable for each registered office or active local unit listed in the Companies Register corresponding to a property located in the vicinity of the construction site for the northern entrance to the aforementioned ring road, which is in use for business activities in operation on the date of handover of the works to the contractor awarded the contract (2 March 2023).

Grant amount

The grant is set at a lump sum of:

• €10,000.00 for each property unit used for business activities, granted in accordance with EU Regulation 2831/2023 (de minimis).

Entry requirements

‘Business activity’ refers to 

• businesses registered in the Companies Register 
• self-employed activities. 

‘Properties situated in the vicinityof the construction site for the northern entrance to the aforementioned ring road’ refers to buildings situated at the same elevation as the entrance works and facing onto Via Brennero, whose property directly adjoins the construction site or where at least part of the building is situated at a planimetric distance of 30 metres, measured from the extrados of the entrance walls.

For the purposes of definingthe construction site, the sections of Via Brennero between the two access points to the northern entrance, in the area affected by the demolition of the buildings, are also taken into account.

Exclusion

The following property units are excluded from the grant referred to in these criteria:

• business activities that commenced operations after the date of delivery of the works (2 March 2023);
• businesses in operation on 2 March 2023 which ceased trading before the date of submission of the grant application, as well as before the grant was awarded and paid out.

The application may be submitted by the company’s legal representative
