Description
In order to apply for the declaration of public utility and non-differentiated and urgent nature of the ski runs and relative accessory works, it is necessary to submit a special application to the Cableway Installations and Ski Runs Service.
If the transfer of ownership of the authorisation to operate the ski runs is necessary, a special application must be submitted.
In accordance with the provisions of Article 27 of the Regulation of Provincial Law 7/1987, the holder of the authorisation to operate the ski run is obliged to notify the Cableway Installations and Ski Slopes Service of the name of the person responsible for track maintenance for safety purposes. In the absence of such communication, the holder of the piste operation authorisation shall be identified as the person responsible.
Finally, in relation to the provisions of Article 26 of the Regulation of Provincial Law 7/1987, the authorisation holder is obliged to communicate to the Cableway Installations and Ski Slopes Service, on a seasonal basis, the list of accidents verified on the slopes. This communication must be made exclusively using the attached spreadsheet model.
