Contributions from NRP resources are granted for:
Investments in alpine huts
- renovation, extension, adaptation to standards and extraordinary maintenance
- purchase of furniture, equipment (also for internet connection);
- construction of plants, structures and complementary works, such as cableways, hydroelectric power stations, connections to the electricity grid and energy production from renewable sources.

The project has been assigned the Unique Project Code - CUP D62I22000010007
The subsidised assets are tied to their specific destination for 15 years in the case of real estate investments and 5 years for movable investments.
This obligation is constituted by a declaration of the beneficiary, binding for itself and for the subrecipients, signed by the owner of the asset if the beneficiary is a different entity.
The grantee also undertakes to guarantee the stability of the works by undertaking
- not to make, for 5 years following their completion, substantial changes that alter their nature or provide an undue advantage to a company or public body
- not to transfer, for 15 years following their completion, the ownership of the assets subject to the interventions or part of them to a third party, without prejudice to the acquisition of authorisation from the Provincial Council; in the knowledge that violation of the aforementioned prohibition will entitle the Provincial Department responsible for tourism to recover the funding provided, plus interest at the legal rate;
- in the event of the transfer of ownership of the property in question or part of it to a third party (for those cases in which the authorisation referred to in the preceding point has been acquired) or of the granting of other rights of enjoyment over the same property, to include in the contract an express clause committing the third party taking over to comply in every part with the specifications/obligations referred to in Provincial Council Resolution No. 1480 of 12 August 2022.
