Description
The rental of 'sustainable rent' housing is a public initiative aimed at enabling families to have a home if they are in a condition of economic difficulty, housing hardship and meet the requirements of the law. The accommodations are owned or available by ITEA S.p.A.
You can fill in the application online by accessing the institutional website of the Comunità di valle and the Val d'Adige Territorial Community (Municipality of Trento), where you can also find all the information needed to choose the accommodation.

In the online application select the Comunità di valle or the Territorio Val d'Adige (Municipality of Trento) in whose territory you want to live and indicate which of the proposed lodgings you choose. You can submit only one application on the whole provincial territory.
Before submitting your application you must obtain the ICEF certificate relating to the economic and financial condition of the household for which you intend to apply for accommodation. To obtain the ICEF certificate you can apply free of charge, by appointment, to one of the accredited bodies.
The Comunità di Valle and the Val d'Adige Territory (Trento Municipality) approve the rankings and offer you accommodation from among those you have chosen in your application, if it has not already been assigned to someone ahead of you in the rankings.
If you accept the accommodation, ITEA S.p.A. offers you the lease.
If you refuse, you will be excluded from the ranking list and you will be restricted for the next six years from submitting new applications to the same Comunità di valle or the Territorio Val d'Adige (Municipality of Trento).
The application is valid for one ranking only. If you are not allocated any accommodation, you can reapply in the next collection period.
If there is no accommodation available for your household, or if you have not found any accommodation of interest to you, fill in the "Report of housing need" which you can find on the institutional website of the Comunità di valle or of the Territorio Val d'Adige (Municipality of Trento).
