Description
The supplementary rental contribution is a public intervention - provided for by Provincial Law no. 15 of 7 November 2005 - aimed at lowering the rent on the open market and intended for households meeting the legal requirements and holding a regular rental contract.
Apply online through the Citizen's Room. The local authority in whose territory the accommodation is located and where you and your family live is responsible for managing the application.

Before submitting the application, you must obtain the ICEF certificate concerning your household's economic and financial condition. To obtain the ICEF certificate you can apply free of charge, by appointment, to one of the accredited bodies.
The Comunità di Valle and the Val d'Adige Territory (Municipality of Trento) approve the rankings and grant you the contribution if you are entitled to it.
The contribution is calculated taking into account the economic and financial condition (ICEF) and the composition of the household. The amount can vary from a minimum of € 40.00 to a maximum of € 300.00 per month and cannot exceed 50% of the monthly rent.
The contribution is granted for a maximum duration of 12 months and, subject to submission of a new application, may be renewed for a further 12 months. Except in special cases identified by the reference regulations, after the grant has been awarded for two consecutive periods, a one-year interruption is envisaged.
