Description
What it is
These are projects aimed at putting in place innovative housing solutions that involve the inhabitants in the construction of the well-being of their living context through the sharing of spaces, time and services, promoting community welfare and concretely favouring mutuality between households. Cohousing and Coliving models are among these forms of collaborative living.
The Provincial Council, by its own resolution, may establish requirements and conditions for access to these projects. Collaborative living experiences may also be activated through specific projects involving the territories concerned.
Cohousing
This is a housing modality in which family units residing in the private accommodation of a building share the use and management of the common areas of the same housing complex with the aim of mutual solidarity and collaboration.
Coliving
This is a housing modality in which family units residing in the private accommodation of a building share a life path that actively involves them within the community with the aim of fostering new social networks, solidarity and social wellbeing in the territorial context in which they are settled.
