Description

The ‘affordable rent’ housing scheme is a public initiative designed to enable households to secure a home if they are experiencing financial hardship or housing difficulties and meet the eligibility criteria set out in the law. The properties are owned or managed by ITEA S.p.A.
You can complete the application online by visiting the official website of the Valley and Val d’Adige Territorial Communities (Municipality of Trento), where you will also find all the information you need to choose a property.

When completing the online application, select the valley community or the Val d’Adige area (Municipality of Trento) in which you wish to live, and indicate your choice from among the accommodation options offered to you. You may submit only one application for the entire province.
Before submitting your application, you must obtain the ICEF certificate detailing the financial and asset situation of the household for which you intend to apply for accommodation. To obtain the ICEF certificate, you can contact one of the accredited organisations free of charge, subject to booking an appointment.
The Valley Communities and the Val d’Adige Territory (Municipality of Trento) approve the ranking lists and will offer you a property from among those you selected in your application, provided it has not already been allocated to someone ahead of you on the list.
If you accept the accommodation, ITEA S.p.A. will invite you to sign the tenancy agreement.
If you refuse, you will be removed from the ranking list and will face restrictions for the next 6 years on submitting new applications to the same Valley Community or the Val d’Adige Territory (Municipality of Trento).
Your application is valid for one ranking list only. If you are not allocated any accommodation, you may reapply as early as the next application period.
If there is no accommodation available for your household or if you have not found any accommodation that interests you, please complete the ‘Housing Needs Report’ available on the official website of the Valley Communities or the Val d’Adige Territory (Municipality of Trento).
