Description
Homeless people can access
- daytime reception services at adult service centres: basic needs such as canteen and reception, shower, luggage storage, laundry but also opportunities to meet and socialise are guaranteed
- night accommodation services at permanent and winter dormitories, both male and female, in Trento and Rovereto: applications are collected and a bed is allocated on a temporary basis through the Counter for the reception of the homeless. The Province guarantees a permanent supply of beds, with an increase in accommodation in the winter season (indicatively from November to April). In the event of extraordinary atmospheric and/or natural events involving particularly critical situations, a further increase in bed places is envisaged thanks to the activation of a "Cold Plan".
- Counters for the reception of homeless people, as a point of information and orientation to services in the area and as a tool for analysing and monitoring the needs of homeless people and the phenomenon of serious adult marginalisation in general.
