Services Conference

Services Conference convened by the Infrastructure Department pursuant to Chapter I of the Provincial Law of 8 September 1997

It is requested that the documents are always transmitted via Pitre or Interoperability and, for entities without, via PEC. The required documents (according to the form's instructions) must be sent at the same time as an attachment; if a single transmission is not possible (due to the size of the files), several transmissions must be made, indicating the same subject. The use of external links (we transfer, google drive etc.) is not permitted.

The entities indicated in Article 5(1) of Provincial Law No. 2 of 9 March 2016 (provinces, municipalities, communities, their collaborative or associative forms, other non-economic public entities, bodies governed by public law and other contracting entities)

To obtain the convening of the conference, the entities shall apply using the forms provided and address them, with the required annexes, to the Infrastructure Department via Pitre or Interoperability or via PEC for entities without Pitre or Interoperability

For entities other than the Province, the special conditions apply

The form must be completed and digitally signed and the required and any additional documents indicated on the form must be attached. Attention: do not use tools other than the Pitre protocol or PEC for attachments (e.g. we transfer, google drive link) as they must always be sent at the same time as the application. In the event of an insufficiency in the PEC, send several items with the same subject.
