Residential services for minors in the province of TN: registration on the list of managers

Entities which meet the requirements set out in the Public Notice, which can be consulted in the "Documents" section below, will be included in the list and will be able to sign an agreement with the Autonomous Province of Trento to manage the services.

The list includes four sections, one for each of the following types of interventions falling within the functional aggregation of social welfare services "developmental age and parenting/residential area" of the Catalogue of Social Welfare Services

• Accompanied living for minors;
• Family community for minors;
• Socio-educational community;
• Family group homes.

The list is valid until 31 December 2027. The registration of the individual provider will be effective until that date.

Registration on the list is open to third-sector organisations and public personal services companies intending to set up residential services for minors and young adults in the Province of Trento, with at least three years' experience in the sector, which have one or more facilities in the province and meet all the other requirements set out in the public notice

Interested parties may submit an application at any time by sending the application to the Social Policy Service solely by e-mail (certified or plain) to the certified e-mail box of the competent structure at serv.politichesociali@pec.provincia.tn.it.

To register on the list, an application for registration must be submitted together with the following documents

• declaration in lieu of certification and affidavit concerning the organisation's general requirements (Legislative Decree 36/2023)
• privacy policy statement;
• description of facilities available in the province
• declaration in lieu of affidavit of the subjects to be audited.
