In the event of the death of the beneficiary of the contributions granted by the Provincial Payments Agency (APPAG), in order to collect the contributions, the sole heir, or the heirs, must fill in the appropriate documentation ("sole heir declaration" or "declaration of several heirs with proxy", downloadable below, forms section) and send it, also through their Authorised Agricultural Assistance Centre (CAA), to the APPAG email address (appag@pec.provincia.tn.it). The Payment Execution Office will verify the completeness of the documentation in order to then activate the payment process in favour of the sole heir or the delegated heir.
