To obtain payment of the grant, the applicant must complete the works and report them within 24 months from the date of the grant decision, unless an extension is granted by the Provincial Administration.
The applicant must account for the work for which the grant has been awarded by submitting to the Town Planning and Landscape Protection Department the Accounts Payable form together with the prescribed documentation, by one of the following methods
- transmission by email (certified or not) exclusively to the mailbox serv.urbanistica@pec.provincia.tn.it.
- submission of the paper application by hand to the Town Planning and Landscape Protection Service in Trento, via Mantova, 67 - from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. - (telephone 0461 - 492712), or at the decentralised public assistance and information desks of the Autonomous Province of Trento
- transmission to the Town Planning and Landscape Protection Service by registered mail with return receipt, in which case the postmark of the accepting post office shall serve as proof of the date of receipt
