Reporting on Redevelopment Interventions in Historic Centres (Call for Proposals 2018)

Individuals who own property or other real right of enjoyment of the building unit to which a grant has been awarded for interventions for the rehabilitation of historic centres on the 2018 Call for Proposals and intend to report in order to obtain its liquidation.

To obtain payment of the grant, the applicant must complete the works and report them within 24 months from the date of the grant decision, unless an extension is granted by the Provincial Administration.

The applicant must account for the work for which the grant has been awarded by submitting to the Town Planning and Landscape Protection Department the Accounts Payable form together with the prescribed documentation, by one of the following methods

- transmission by email (certified or not) exclusively to the mailbox serv.urbanistica@pec.provincia.tn.it.

- submission of the paper application by hand to the Town Planning and Landscape Protection Service in Trento, via Mantova, 67 - from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. - (telephone 0461 - 492712), or at the decentralised public assistance and information desks of the Autonomous Province of Trento

- transmission to the Town Planning and Landscape Protection Service by registered mail with return receipt, in which case the postmark of the accepting post office shall serve as proof of the date of receipt

• Annex IV - Declaration of each APPLICANT for interventions relating to the exterior and interior of the buildings
• Annex V - Declaration of the TECHNICIAN for interventions relating to the exterior and interior of the buildings
• PRIVACY DISCLOSURE (to be signed, for acknowledgement, by all parties involved)

ATTENTION:

No "zipped" documentation will be accepted.

Depending on the application period, there are two separate forms for reporting:

• WINDOW1 - applications submitted from 2 May to 31 July 2018 (buildings in historic centres only)
• WINDOW2 - applications submitted from 17 September to 31 December 2018 (also buildings in settlement areas or buildings used as residences)
