Description
This is a contribution granted by the Province aimed at reimbursing voluntary organisations (ODV) and associations for social promotion (APS), for the costs incurred solely to fulfil the obligation to insure their members who carry out voluntary activities, against accidents and illnesses connected with the performance of the activity itself, as well as for third party civil liability.
Premiums paid to the insurance company in the calendar year preceding the submission of the application for reimbursement may be claimed (e.g. in 2025, premiums paid from 1 January to 31 December 2024 may be submitted).
Restrictions
Entities registered with RUNTS (at the time of the application for reimbursement) are not eligible for reimbursement if
- they have been cancelled from RUNTS during the reimbursement application process or in cases where the cancellation process started during the application process
- they are in the process of dissolution at the date of the application, having either
- adopted a dissolution resolution
- requested the cancellation of the tax code at the Revenue Office
- applied to the RUNTS provincial office for an opinion on devolution pursuant to Article 9 of the Third Sector Code
- submit an application for a total amount equal to or less than euro 50 (fifty)
- the number of members or volunteers has not been declared in advance in the RUNTS, or it appears among the data contained in the RUNTS that the organisation has registered zero volunteers or members in the appropriate registers.
