Description

The Service verifies the possession of the requisites foreseen by the Resolution of the Provincial Council no. 1891 of 1 August 2003, for the registration in the provincial register of socio-educational services by the managing bodies who apply and provides for the annotation in the provincial register, as per art. 8 of Provincial Law no. 4 of 12 March 2002. The applications may concern the request for registration of new services but also the request for the annotation of changes in service points already registered and/or the cancellation due to cessation of activity of others in the provincial territory. Enrolment in the register is a precondition for financial support from local authorities to user families.

The application may be submitted by operators of early childhood education services who wish to be part of the system's socio-educational services.

What to do

The Managing Entities submit the application to the competent Service, which shall record the application in the provincial register.

Documents to be submitted

The following documents are required for the application for registration of the Managing Authority and its services

- copy of the deed of incorporation and articles of association in plain copy

- copy of the latest approved balance sheet or final account;

- location of the services provided for which registration is requested, according to the outline shown on the form

- floor plans of the facilities used for the service;

- certificate of conformity of the facilities, for interventions carried out after the date of issue of the certificate of fitness or habitability (to be produced only if the interventions were carried out after the entry into force of Law no. 46/1990)

- pedagogical project;

- educational project;

- illustrative management report for each service provided;

- list of names of the educational staff assigned to the service and their professional qualifications;

- any other documentation deemed useful for the purposes of verifying compliance with the requirements set out in Appendix 2 of Provincial Council Resolution no. 1891 of 1 August 2003, most recently re-approved by Provincial Council Resolution no. 1659 of 29 September 2014;

- substitute declaration - according to the attached model - regarding the early childhood education service(s)
