Railway bypass to support business activities

Types of projects eligible for funding 

The grant is available to business owners who carry out their business activities, under a lease agreement or other duly registered document, in premises they do not own and which are designated for non-residential use, in one of the properties affected by the expropriation procedure relating to the works for the Trento Railway Bypass.

Nature of the grant

The grant is set at a flat-rate amount of:

• €5,000 for each property unit used for business activities, granted in accordance with EU Regulation 1407/13 (de minimis).

Obligations

To vacate or make the property available by 10 March 2023, or by such later date as may be determined following formal notification from Rete Ferroviaria Italiana S.p.A.

Entry requirements

‘Business activity’ refers to 

• businesses registered in the Companies Register 
• self-employed activities. 

The business must be in operation as at 28 December 2021 ( the date on which Article 30 of Provincial Law No. 22 of 27 December 2021 came into force).

The property must be cleared of all persons and goods and made available in good time for the handover of the works and, in any event, no later than 10 March 2023. This date may be postponed, subject to formal notification by Rete Ferroviaria Italiana spa, depending on the date on which the works actually commence.

The application may be submitted by the company’s legal representative

Applications from business owners must be submitted to the Service for Economic Support and Incentives (APIAE), Via Solteri 38, 38121 Trento, by sending them via certified email (PEC) to the following address: apiae.incentivi@pec.provincia.tn.it

• a valid identity document for each applicant, in accordance with the relevant regulations governing administrative documentation and the electronic submission of applications;
• Privacy notice regarding the processing of personal data
• a copy of the tenancy agreement or other document, duly registered
