Railway bypass aids entrepreneurial activities

Type of operations eligible for contribution

The grant is awarded to persons owning entrepreneurial activities carried out, under a lease contract or other document duly registered, in non-owned real estate units with destination of use other than residential, in one of the properties affected by the expropriation procedure for the Trento railway bypass works.

Contribution measure

The contribution is fixed in a lump sum quantified as follows:

• EUR 5,000 for each property unit used for business activities granted pursuant to EU Reg. 1407/13(de minimis).

Obligations

To vacate or make available the property by 10 March 2023, or by any later date established on the formal indication of Rete Ferroviaria Italiana S.p.A.

Entry Requirements

Entrepreneurial activity is defined as

• business activities entered in the business register
• self-employment activities.

The entrepreneurial activity must be in operation on 28 December 2021 (date of entry into force of Art. 30 of Provincial Law 22 of 27 December 2021).

The real estate unit must be free of things and persons and made available in time for the handover of the works and in any case no later than 10 March 2023. Said date may be possibly postponed, upon formal indication of Rete Ferroviaria Italiana spa, in relation to the date of the actual start of the services.

The request may be submitted by the legal representative of the company

The application for business owners must be submitted to the Servizio Agevolazioni e Incentivi all'Economia - APIAE, via Solteri 38, 38121 Trento by sending a PEC to the following address: apiae.incentivi@pec.provincia.tn.it

• valid identity document of the applicants, in compliance with the rules on administrative documentation and telematic transmission of applications;
• personal data processing notice
• copy of the rental contract or other document, duly registered
