RSA and other social and health services: release, lease or disposal of property

Pursuant to Article 19 bis of LP no. 6/1998, the entities that have received grants for the construction of buildings to be used as RSAs or other social-health services for the performance of social-health activities, undertake not to change the use of the financed works, as provided for at the time the grant was awarded, for a period of 25 years, if the grant exceeds €200,000, or 10 years if the grant does not exceed €200,000.

During the term of the restriction, the entities may request authorisation to use the building temporarily or permanently for purposes other than those envisaged at the time the grant was awarded, to rent it out, to grant it for use or on temporary gratuitous loan without change of use, or to sell it.

Public bodies, associations, foundations, cooperatives and other private institutions, with legal personality and operating on a not-for-profit basis, which have among their aims the provision of social and health services and which have benefited from grants for work on buildings intended for RSAs or other social and health services.

The application must be submitted to the Health and Care Policies Service by one of the following methods

- forwarding via PITRE for public entities equipped with said system

- forwarding by electronic mail or certified electronic mail, in compliance with the relevant technical rules, to the address: serv.politsanitarie@pec.provincia.tn.it;

- registered postal envelope, only if the entity does not have certified electronic mail;

- direct delivery to the competent structure or at the public assistance and information desks.

- photocopy of an identity document of the applicant (if the application is signed with a handwritten signature and not in the presence of the employee in charge);

- additional documents indicated in the specific application.
