What to do
Within 30 days the notification of alienation for consideration must be made by the buyer or purchaser. Within 60 days from the communication of the aforesaid notification the Administration concerned may exercise pre-emption
Purchase by pre-emption of cultural goods
The province or other public territorial authorities concerned have the right to purchase cultural assets sold for consideration or transferred to companies by way of pre-emption
