Purchase bonds for employment of persons with disabilities - Int.33C

Intervention 3.3.C envisages the granting of a purchase title (voucher) to persons with disabilities or in a disadvantaged condition in order to benefit, while the employment relationship is in progress, from an integrated set of reception, coaching and support actions. These actions are implemented by the implementing party through the support of a tutor and a social worker.

By 'implementing party' is meant companies operating in the Province of Trento that guarantee the social quality of work integration.

The implementing bodies for the period 2024 - 2026 are as follows:

The nominal value and duration of the purchase title (voucher) for work integration are defined taking into account the type of disability or disadvantage of the recipient and the type of employment relationship envisaged by the project.

To apply for the voucher you must be unemployed or unemployable at the time of application and be

• persons in the care of the social service
• persons with disabilities (also not registered in the lists pursuant to Law 68/1999)
• persons, under psychiatric treatment, in the charge of the competent health service;
• user of the alcology service;
• user of the SERD;
• female victims of violence reported by the competent social services;
• persons to whom the provisions of Title I of the Prison Order apply;
• persons whose detention or restriction of liberty ended no more than 24 months ago. Disadvantaged status will be assessed, in this case, only in view of a document showing the date on which the custodial measure or restriction of liberty ended;
• foreign nationals subjected to situations of violence or serious exploitation, as identified in Articles 18 and 18-bis of Legislative Decree no. 286 of 25 July 1998 (Consolidated text of provisions governing immigration and rules on the status of foreigners)
• minors of working age in situations of family difficulties.

Recipients must be resident in the Province of Trento at the time of recruitment, with the exception of the following cases

• persons with disabilities registered in the L. 68/99 list
• persons detained or interned in penal institutions;
• convicts and internees admitted to alternative measures to detention;
• foreign citizens subjected to situations of violence or serious exploitation.

How to access

1. the reporting public service or the person with disabilities or disadvantaged condition, recipient of the intervention, chooses the implementing body with which to define the individualised work integration project
2. the application for the approval of the voucher, together with the project, is sent to the Employment Agency, which assesses and possibly approves it;
3. with the approval of the project, the person is assigned the purchase order (voucher) which must be used at the implementing subject who has collaborated in the development of the project and has committed to its implementation.

How to be recognised as an implementing party

Type B) social cooperatives or other economic operators that meet the requirements set out in the Document of Employment Policy Interventions of the 17th Legislature may apply for recognition as an implementing party.

Recognition is valid for 24 months and it is possible to request its extension for subsequent two-year periods.
