Public notice for summer reconciliation services

The purpose of the Notice is the activation of a participation procedure for the definition of project proposals concerning the experimentation of reconciliation services with educational and socialisation purposes.

The initiatives under consideration, to be implemented on the territory of the Province of Trento during the summer school closing period, are qualified as services of general economic interest and are functional to the achievement of the general public interest. For the purposes described above, the expression of interest is functional in identifying the subjects who intend to build with the Administration, through a participatory mechanism, the construction of the definitive project(s) to be implemented in the provincial territory. As a result of the participatory process, the Province identifies the definitive projects to be implemented in each of the homogeneous territorial areas previously identified in the Notice, together with the subjects who will be entrusted with their implementation.

The expression of interest may be submitted by Subjects which, at the deadline for submitting applications, meet the following requirements

a) be included in the list of entities qualified to provide educational, care and custodial services that can be acquired by means of ESF+ service vouchers, as part of the European Social Fund Plus (ESF+) 2021-2027 Programme, approved for the Autonomous Province of Trento, and referable to type band C, 6-14 years old (18 years of age not completed in the case of minors with disabilities certified pursuant to Law no. 104/92 or with learning difficulties or situations of particular hardship attested by competent personnel)

b) as an alternative to letter a), to have applied for inclusion in the list of subjects qualified to provide care and custody educational services that can be acquired by means of service vouchers, for Band C services

c) having implemented summer centres for at least three years in the last five, also in favour of users in possession of the certification referred to in Law no. 104 of 5 February 1992 or with learning difficulties or situations of particular hardship duly certified

d) have no grounds for exclusion under Articles 94 and 95 of Legislative Decree no. 36 of 31 March 2023, applied by analogy.

The expression of interest, drawn up with stamp duty paid, if due, and signed by the legal representative of the Applicant must be sent by PEC with the subject line "expression of interest for invitation to the summer 2026 workshop comparison tables" to the certified e-mail address agenzia.coesionesociale@pec.provincia.tn.it

The following documents must be attached to the expression of interest

a. a sheet of the project proposal, maximum 4 A4 sheets;

b. a sheet of the financial statement of the project, detailed with the various items of

of expenditure envisaged.

Expressions of interest must be received at the certified e-mail address agenzia.coesionesociale@pec.provincia.tn.it from 23 February 2026 to 10 March 2026.

Once the deadline for submitting applications has expired, the Province, after verifying the requisites possessed by the Subjects, invites them to the participatory planning tables, according to a timetable of work, subdivided into one or more homogeneous territorial areas.
