  • in the case of incentives in favour of disabled persons, that they are registered in the L. 68/99 lists kept by any Employment Centre in the national territory;
  • in the case of non-EU citizens, regularity with respect to the national rules governing the entry and residence of non-EU citizens in the territory of the State for reasons compatible with non-seasonal employment.

The incentive is not granted if the recruitment concerns

  • the employer, the spouse or cohabiting partner and relatives within the second degree of kinship of the employer
  • in the case of non-cooperative companies or associated firms, the legal representative, the partners in a dominant position, the spouse or cohabiting partner, and relatives within the second degree of the legal representative or partners

The provincial incentives provided for by Intervention 3.4.1 of the Document of Labour Policy Interventions cannot be combined with benefits provided for by other European, national, regional or provincial regulations.
