Description
It is an employment incentive for the employer to promote the employment of people in employment difficulties.
Restrictions
In order to benefit from the hiring incentives, it is necessary that the intervention subject to the incentive be implemented
- at the registered office or production unit in the province of Trento, in favour of workers employed there;
- in favour of workers residing in the province of Trento at the time of recruitment, conversion from a fixed-term to an open-ended contract, or confirmation of an apprenticeship contract;
- in the case of incentives in favour of disabled persons, that they are registered in the L. 68/99 lists kept by any Employment Centre in the national territory;
- in the case of non-EU citizens, regularity with respect to the national rules governing the entry and residence of non-EU citizens in the territory of the State for reasons compatible with non-seasonal employment.
The incentive is not granted if the recruitment concerns
- the employer, the spouse or cohabiting partner and relatives within the second degree of kinship of the employer
- in the case of non-cooperative companies or associated firms, the legal representative, the partners in a dominant position, the spouse or cohabiting partner, and relatives within the second degree of the legal representative or partners
- in the case of cooperatives, associations and committees with mutual purposes, the legal representative, the spouse or cohabiting partner and relatives within the second degree of the same.
Cumulability with other benefits
The provincial incentives provided for by Intervention 3.4.1 of the Document of Labour Policy Interventions cannot be combined with benefits provided for by other European, national, regional or provincial regulations.
The provincial incentives provided for by Measure 3.4.1 of the Labour Policy Interventions Document cannot be combined with the contribution concessions provided for by Article 4 of Law 92/2012 and by Article 23 of Decree-Law No. 60/2024 and, limited to the hiring of persons with disabilities, with the contribution concessions provided for by Law 68/99.
