Restrictions
Sanctions
For failure to comply with the obligation to send the Prospectus, the sanction is €702.43 + €34.02 for each day of further delay in sending the Prospectus. The amounts were modified by Decree of the Minister of Labour No 194 of 30/09/2021.
Private Employers
The page Covering the Obligatory Quota for Private Employers summarises the information and procedures for complying with the recruitment obligation under Law 68/1999.
Special provisions valid only for public employers
In the event of vacancies in the reserve quota, i.e. vacancies reserved for persons with disabilities, public administrations must send a special communication pursuant to Article 39-quater of Legislative Decree 165/2001. A computerised form made available by the Ministry of Labour and Social Policies must be used to compile and send it online. The computerised procedure makes it possible to indicate when and how the reserve quotas set out in Articles 3 and/or 18 of Law 68/1999 are to be covered, at the same time fulfilling the obligation to notify the territorially competent employment service and the Civil Service Department of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers (joint note of 10 July 2018).
