Interested parties must submit the following documentation to the Forestry Service in the manner described in the previous point, attached to the application form
- Technical report highlighting the critical issues for which damage mitigation or restoration of damaged forest potential is required and describing the type, consistency and intensity of the planned interventions as well as their possible time sequence.
- Cartography in scale 1:10,000 or 1:5,000 with the zoning of the areas affected by the different mitigation actions. The digital .pdf format can be attached to the application by sending it by PEC, while the .shp format complete and including the digital styles used for the graphic layout of the cartographic project must be sent by ordinary e-mail.
- Proposed intervention sheet quantifying the areas of the various types of intervention envisaged, their location and ownership and highlighting those for which the premium is requested.
- Cutting projects drawn up or authorised by the competent District Forestry Office in relation to the interventions for which utilisation operations are envisaged.
- "Reforestation project" and "Management and maintenance plan", if foreseen in the intervention types, according to the attached schemes.
- Declaration of the competent District Forestry Office confirming the existing criticalities and the consistency of the proposed mitigation interventions with the objectives of this notice.
- Possible delegation of the owners of woodland areas falling within the intervention area to the applicant. The proxy must include an explicit commitment to comply with the principles and obligations set out in this notice.
