Description
In the case of undertakings which have been beneficiaries for 24 months of the extraordinary wage supplementation scheme, when the company collective agreement concluded with the workers' trade unions belonging to the most representative confederations at national level provides for recourse to part-time work, in order to avoid, in whole or in part, the reduction of staff, or in order to allow the recruitment of new staff, to workers employed by such undertakings who are not more than sixty months younger than the age required for old age pension and have a contribution period of not less than fifteen years, if they agree with their employer, in accordance with such a collective agreement, to change to part-time work for not less than eighteen hours a week, the right to an old age pension is recognised at their request, subject to authorisation by the Regional Labour and Maximum Employment Office, with effect from the month following that in which they are submitted.
