Application to be submitted to the Town Planning and Landscape Protection Service in order to obtain authorisation for the construction of structures of limited size in agricultural areas by persons not professionally engaged in farming.

Description

The implementation regulations of the Provincial Urban Plan provide that building works to be carried out in areas designated for agriculture must be authorised by the CUP Sub-Commission, integrated by the manager of the provincial service responsible for agriculture, on the basis of the preliminary investigation carried out by the Urban Planning and Landscape Protection Service.

For buildings of limited size constructed in agricultural areas by persons not professionally engaged in agriculture, the issue of authorisation is the responsibility of the provincial structure in charge of landscape protection, having obtained the opinion of the provincial structure in charge of agriculture.

Who it's for

Private individuals who are not professionally engaged in farming and who intend to build small-scale structures in agricultural areas.

What to do

Submit the application for authorisation using the form provided for applications for interventions in agricultural areas to the CUP Sub-Commission, complete with the necessary documents.

The application must be submitted to the Town Planning and Landscape Protection Service exclusively by certified e-mail to serv.urbanistica@pec.provincia.tn.it.

  3. Technical and administrative documentation required for the type of authorisation requested, as specified in detail in the document "Table A - List of documentation required".

The application form includes the privacy policy statement required by articles 13 and 14 of EU Regulation no. 679 of 2016, to be attached to the application duly signed for acknowledgement and knowledge.

ATTENTION: as many signed copies of the information notice as there are signatories (applicant, designer, etc. - each person signs only one copy) must be attached to the application.
