Description
The Common Market Organisation (CMO) for wine is the European Union's single set of regulations governing the wine sector, both in terms of production standards and the non-repayable contributions allocated to companies.
The funding and contributions of the CMO wine are allocated by the Ministry of Agriculture, Food Sovereignty and Forestry (Masaf) and the agricultural departments of the individual Regions and Autonomous Provinces.
The CMO wine third countries allocates non-repayable contributions for expenses related to the promotion of wine abroad, such as participation in trade fairs, tasting in restaurants, or simple advertising.
