For processes of:

- installation and operation of new processing and storage facilities

- decommissioning of processing and storage facilities

- change in the overall processing capacity of establishments

- change of more than 30% of the total authorised storage capacity

Citizens, Associations, Companies, Sole Proprietorships, Professionals, Bodies and other Organisations

The procedure begins with the submission of the application by the interested party; the next stage involves the examination of the application and the attached documentation; if necessary, the competent structure requests integrations and any nulla-osta; the process ends with the adoption of the authorisation by the manager of the competent structure and its transmission to the applicant.
