The scheme aims to reward students from Trentino who have achieved a mark of 100/100 with distinction in the final state examination at the end of their upper secondary education.
The Autonomous Province of Trento will award a scholarship to cover university fees and enrolment charges for the first year of study, up to a maximum of €2,000.00.
Eligibility criteria for the scholarship
- residence in the Province of Trento on the date of obtaining the secondary school leaving certificate
- to have completed upper secondary education and training, achieving a final mark of 100/100 with honours in the state examination
- enrolment at a national or foreign, public or private tertiary education institution which awards legally recognised qualifications or qualifications recognised as equivalent abroad, in the first year of a course of study during the 2025/2026 academic year
- have incurred costs for university fees/enrolment charges for attending the first year of the tertiary education programme
- not be eligible for the scholarship provided for under the legislation on the right to university education (Legislative Decree 68/2012 or Provincial Law 9/1991 – Article 2) or for other grants or scholarships awarded pursuant to Article 23 of Provincial Law 9/1991 or Article 43 of Provincial Law 8/1996
- not have already received the scholarship provided for in a previous call for applications
