Merit Enhancement Scholarships a. yr. 2025/2026

The objective of the measure is to reward students from Trentino who have obtained a mark of 100/100 with honours in the final state examination of second grade education and training courses.
The Autonomous Province of Trento will award a scholarship to cover university fees/registration fees incurred for the first year of enrolment up to a maximum of €2,000.00.

Requirements for obtaining the grant

• residence in the Province of Trento on the date of graduation from secondary school
• have completed the second cycle of secondary school education and training, obtaining a final mark in the State examination of 100/100 with honours
• be enrolled at a national or foreign, public or private tertiary training institution that issues qualifications with legal value or equivalent qualifications for abroad in the first year of a course of study in the 2025/2026 academic year
• have incurred charges for university contributions/registration fees for attendance of the first year of a tertiary education course of study
• not be eligible for a scholarship provided for by the regulations on the right to university study (legislative decree 68/2012 or lp 9/1991- art. 2) or for other benefits or scholarships granted pursuant to art. 23 of lp 9/1991 or art. 43 of lp 8/1996
• not having already received a scholarship under a previous call for applications

Students graduating in Trentino

The application may be submitted by students who have completed the second cycle of education and training studies by obtaining a mark of 100/100 with honours in the State examination

The application for the scholarship must be submitted via the ONLINE procedure by the deadline and in the manner set out in the annual announcement from 09.00 a.m. on 31 March 2026 until 17.00 on 4 May 2026.

Documentation relating to the overall calculation of the amount (sum of the different instalments relating to the year of reference) to be paid for the first year of enrolment in the 2025/2026 academic year and receipts for the payment of university contributions/enrolment fees incurred in the first academic year

The application for the scholarship must be submitted from 09.00 on 31 March 2026 until 17.00 on 4 May 2026.
