Location of a waste treatment plant

- Declaration in lieu of affidavit attesting that the contents of the signed copy correspond to the contents of the unsigned copy

Companies intending to locate a waste treatment plant or its extension in the Provincial Waste Management Plan. In order to find out whether a plant needs to be located, it is necessary to check on a case-by-case basis, with a written question on plain paper, sent to the Waste and Polluted Sites Remediation O.U.(rifiuti.appa@pec.provincia.tn.it) or to see whether it falls within the conformity criteria set out in the corresponding Provincial Waste Management Plan.

The application may be submitted by the legal representative of the company or his delegate (attaching a written proxy to the application).

The notification form must be completed and sent to the pec address rifiuti.appa@pec.provincia.tn.it.

The documents to be submitted are the location application accompanied by the annexes listed (including a descriptive technical report and land register extract), the owner's authorisation and the declaration in lieu of affidavit.
