Land Improvement Consortium Expense Allocation Plan Application

With this service, the land improvement consortia are entitled to submit, for approval, the criteria for the cost allocation plan. With regard to the criteria for distributing the costs of the irrigation service, the provisions of Resolution of the Provincial Council no. 2449 of 21 December 2018 must be complied with, which introduces the binomial tariff criterion consisting of a fixed quota and a variable quota.

The application may be submitted at any time of the year.

Land improvement consortia of the first degree are targeted.

The president of the land improvement consortium must complete and sign the form according to the outline below, with all the annexes described, and send it to the competent agricultural department, by one of the following methods

• electronic transmission by e-mail to the address: serv.agricoltura@pec.provincia.tn.it;
• hand delivery directly to the competent structure or at the peripheral public assistance and information desks
• dispatch by postal service.

The following documents shall be attached to the application

• plain copy of the minutes of the meeting showing the approval and the details of the criteria of the expenses allocation plan; such minutes shall also contain the indication of the publication on the Consortium's notice board;
• information notice pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of EU Regulation no. 679 of 2016 on data processing.
