Issue of the Certificate of Execution of Works (CEL)

the service enables the issue of the Certificate of Execution of works carried out by the contractor who has performed works for ADEP's Plant Management Service. The modalities are those established by current public procurement regulations.

Contractors who have carried out works contracted by the Plant Management Service of ADEP (Depuration Agency) of the Autonomous Province of Trento

the form must be downloaded, duly completed and signed and sent to the PEC of the ADEP Plant Management Service as indicated in the header of the form

The completed form in pdf/a format and digitally signed must be submitted

Following the request, the Single Project Manager issues the Certificate through the appropriate platform of the website of the National Anticorruption Authority. The applicant is notified of such issue by means of communication of the identification number (and possibly also by means of transmission of a copy that does not have the value of self-certification) that allows access to the document also through the SOA appointed by the requesting Economic Operator
