Housing subsidies granted to housing cooperatives

Contributions granted to individually-owned or indivisible-ownership housing cooperatives pursuant to the provincial legislation on subsidised housing and subsequent extraordinary plans.

Co-operative housing corporations with indivisible ownership for the purpose of transferring ownership of housing to members may apply for

• issue authorisation for the transfer of ownership of housing to members
• issue final determination of the amounts to be reimbursed by the members
• take over the housing assignment in the event of the death of the member

Members of housing cooperatives, after becoming owners of the allocated housing, may apply for

• transfer of the grant to another accommodation
• attestation of the expiry of encumbrances for the purpose of cancellation of the entry in the land register
• subrogation of the subsidised loan
• rental authorisation and other rights in rem

Individually or jointly owned housing cooperatives and their members.

Depending on the service requested, fill in the relevant form, in compliance with stamp duty where applicable, and send it by one of the following alternative methods

• by e-mail (from certified or plain mail) to serv.casaecoesione@pec.provincia.tn.it
• by registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt to the Territorial Cohesion Service, Housing Policies, Enhancement of Trentino's Social Capital Abroad; in this case, the postmark of the accepting post office shall serve as proof of the date of receipt
• by hand delivery to the Territorial Cohesion, Housing Policies and Enhancement of Trentino's Social Capital Abroad Service, or to the decentralised public assistance and information desks of the Autonomous Province of Trento.
