Grants to support studies and research in the spa sector

The grant is awarded for the following initiatives

1. research into new thermal waters in the provincial territory;
2. clinical medical studies on natural mineral waters, herbs and other natural resources located in the provincial territory aimed at obtaining ministerial or provincial recognition of their therapeutic properties in relation to specific pathologies;
3. research aimed at enhancing existing Trentino thermal resources for which there is already ministerial or provincial recognition;
4. studies, research and analysis aimed at furthering knowledge of the therapeutic efficacy of Trentino thermal resources for which there is already ministerial or provincial recognition;
5. research and experimental development of products based on Trentino thermal resources for which there is already ministerial or provincial recognition.

The application for a contribution must be submitted to the Tourism and Sport Service using the appropriate form to be sent to the certified mailbox serv.turismo@pec.provincia.tn.it and in accordance with the procedures set out in Provincial Council Resolution no. 1090 of 19 July 2024.

If the grant is accepted, the beneficiary will be notified of the deadline by which he/she must submit the application for payment of the grant and the related accounting, using the appropriate form to be sent to the certified mailbox serv.turismo@pec.provincia.tn.it.

The grantee may also request the payment of the grant advance, in accordance with the procedures set out in the criteria and using the relevant form to be sent to the certified mailbox serv.turismo@pec.provincia.tn.it:

For the payment of the contributions granted by 19 July 2024, the criteria approved by Resolution of the Provincial Council no. 1945 of 27 November 2020 shall apply.

The application must be submitted between 1 January and 31 August each year.
