Description
With the application, the Associations of agri-tourism operators request the grant for the organisation of courses that are planned to be held in two periods within the reference year(first period: January to June - second period: October to December)
Applicant Associations shall submit a single application, which must contain a detailed programme of training and refresher courses that are planned to be held in the first period of the reference year running from January to June, as well as an outline programme of training and refresher courses that are planned to be held in the second period of the year running from October to December.
Training courses taking place and expenses incurred as from 1 January of the reference yearare eligible for funding.
Courses for which at least 5 agri-tourism operators are expected to participate are eligible for funding.
Each course must have a minimum duration of at least 4 hours.
Training and refresher courses must cover the following subjects
- reception,
- service,
- hospitality,
- marketing and promotion of Trentino products
- history of the territory and local production,
- communication,
- business management,
- foreign languages.
Eligible costs
The following costs incurred directly by the Associations of agri-tourism operators are fully eligible for the organisation of training and refresher courses
(a) costs incurred for teaching and tutoring;
(b) costs incurred for the purchase of consumables for exercises
(c) rental of equipment necessary for carrying out training activities, not qualifying as leasing, choosing the best offer from at least three comparable quotations
(d) rent and hire of classrooms and teaching facilities
(e) costs of publicising training initiatives;
f) organisational and management costs related to the organisation and management of the course, fixed at EUR 4.00 per hour per course participant, with a maximum of EUR 1,000.00 per course.
VAT is eligible if it is not recoverable under national VAT legislation.
Distance learning activities are eligible on condition that proof is provided of possession or availability of a suitable IT platform capable of ensuring the performance of the planned activities and the interactive involvement of all participants with the course lecturer or tutor.
The contribution is equal to 100% of the eligible expenditure.
The aid may not be cumulated with any other public support received from EU, national, regional or other public bodies to cover the same eligible costs.
This contribution is granted at "de minimis and may not exceed the limit of Euro 300,000.00 to each Association over a three-year period.
