Eligible costs

The following costs incurred directly by the Associations of agri-tourism operators are fully eligible for the organisation of training and refresher courses

(a) costs incurred for teaching and tutoring;

(b) costs incurred for the purchase of consumables for exercises

(c) rental of equipment necessary for carrying out training activities, not qualifying as leasing, choosing the best offer from at least three comparable quotations

(d) rent and hire of classrooms and teaching facilities

(e) costs of publicising training initiatives;

f) organisational and management costs related to the organisation and management of the course, fixed at EUR 4.00 per hour per course participant, with a maximum of EUR 1,000.00 per course.

VAT is eligible if it is not recoverable under national VAT legislation.

Distance learning activities are eligible on condition that proof is provided of possession or availability of a suitable IT platform capable of ensuring the performance of the planned activities and the interactive involvement of all participants with the course lecturer or tutor.
