Grants for the purchase of movable property (equipment) for cultural activities

Applications may be submitted from 2 to 30 November of the year preceding the year to which they relate.

Applications may be submitted by non-profit cultural organisations which have legal personality or are registered with the Runts, or which have been active for at least two years; these organisations must, in accordance with their Articles of Association or Memorandum of Association, carry out predominantly cultural activities and have their registered office or operational headquarters in Trentino.

 The application form may be submitted via one of the following channels:

• by hand-delivery to the relevant provincial office or to the Province’s public information and assistance desks;
• by post via registered post with acknowledgement of receipt; for the purposes of acceptance, the date of the postmark from the accepting post office shall be deemed valid;
• by fax to the number corresponding to the relevant provincial office;
• electronically to the certified email address serv.attcult@pec.provincia.tn.it.

For grant applications relating to the year 2027, to be submitted between 2 and 30 November 2026, the ‘Stanza del Cittadino’ is being introduced, on a trial basis, as the digital and PRIORITY channel for submitting applications.

- anonymised cost estimates submitted by suppliers relating to the goods to be purchased

- a copy of the Articles of Association or Memorandum of Association of the cultural organisation (if not already in the possession of the provincial administration);

- Photocopy of the applicant’s identity document (if the application is signed by hand and not in the presence of the relevant official)
