Description

Contribution to the financing of the operating costs incurred by consorzi di bonifica recognised under current legislation.

Eligible expenses are the management costs of the land reclamation works and general operating expenses, with the exclusion of entertainment expenses, taxes and fees to the concessionaire; expenses attributable to any activities of a commercial nature are in any case excluded.

The percentage of contribution is set at 70% of the eligible expenditure; the contribution may be paid in advance up to a maximum of 80%.

For the purposes of settling the grants, the eligible expenditure will be reduced in advance if the verification of the documentation reveals lower expenditure or expenditure incurred in breach of the approved programmes or irregular documentation. Without prejudice to the limit of the overall expenditure admitted in the estimate, redeterminations of the expenditure admissible in the final balance are possible if the redetermined amounts do not exceed 20% of the amounts admitted in the estimate for the different types of expenditure.

Restrictions

Applications can be submitted from 15 March to 15 April of the year in which the expenditure is incurred.

What to do

To access the facility, the completed and signed application form must be submitted in one of the following ways

  • hand delivery directly to the competent structure or at the peripheral assistance and public information desks;
  • postal delivery by registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt. In this case, the postmark of dispatch will be taken as proof;
  • electronic transmission by e-mail to the following address: serv.agricoltura@pec.provincia.tn.it;

The following documents must be attached to the application

  • a simple copy of the minutes of the deliberation of the competent body approving the budget or the programme of activities for the financial year in question, with the accounting document attached and with an analytical list of expenses
  • a simple copy of the memorandum and articles of association, if they are not already on the service's files;
  • declaration in lieu of affidavit by the legal representative concerning the applicability of the withholding tax referred to in Article 28, paragraph 2, of Presidential Decree no. 600/1973 in the event the advance payment is requested;
  • information notice pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of EU Regulation no. 679 of 2016 on data processing.
