Grants for operators of particularly remote mountain huts

Grants are awarded annually to mountain refuge operators to ensure they remain open for the mandatory season (from 20 June to 20 September).

 The grant can be applied for each year and amounts to:

• €3,000.00 for huts with up to 50 guest beds;
• €4,000.00 for mountain huts with more than 50 guest beds.

The operator is required to observe the minimum seasonal opening period from 20 June to 20 September. In the event of a deviation from this opening period, the contribution will be recalculated in proportion to the actual number of days. 

Operators ofparticularly remote mountain huts, i.e. establishmentsthat cannot be reached by land using motorised vehicles, cable cars or ropeways for the transport of people or materials,provided they are classified as Class 3 or Class 4.

Applications for the grant must besubmittedto the Tourism Service using the appropriate form, which should be sent to the certified email address serv.turismo@pec.provincia.tn.it.

Following notification that the grant has been awarded, an application for payment of the grant must be submitted, which must certify the actual period during which the mountain refuge was open for the season.

Applications for funding must be submittedby19 June each year. 

If the application is approved, the operator will also be informed of the deadline by which they must submit their claim for payment, using the appropriate form to be sent to the certified email address serv.turismo@pec.provincia.tn.it.
