Grants for facilities and furnishings for cultural activities

Applications may be submitted from 2 to 30 November of the year preceding the year to which they relate.

Eligible to apply are non-profit cultural organisations with legal status or registered with Runts, or with at least two years of activity, which, according to their statutes or articles of association, mainly carry out cultural activities with their operational headquarters in Trentino.

In addition, it is required that the building subject to the intervention is located in Trentino and is intended for cultural activities of provincial importance.

The application form can be submitted using one of the following channels

• direct delivery to the competent provincial structure or to the public assistance and information desks of the Province
• by postal mail by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt; the date of the postmark of the accepting post office shall be considered the date of admission;
• by fax to the number corresponding to the competent provincial structure;
• by e-mail to the certified mailbox serv.attcult@pec.provincia.tn.it.

- annex C1 (descriptive and financial estimate of the intervention)

- annex C2 (cultural project and cultural activities to be carried out in the premises of the building involved in the intervention)

- annex C3 (statement containing income and expenditure forecasts for the management of the building)

- copy of the decision of the competent municipal body concerning the opinion on the public interest of the project, or a declaration in lieu of affidavit certifying that the competent municipal body has issued such an opinion

- copy of the deed of availability of the property; only if the applicant is not the owner of the property

- annex C4 (declaration of consent of the owner to the execution of the intervention) or a copy of the measure of the public body owning the property, containing the authorisation to carry out the intervention; only if the applicant is not the owner of the property

- Annex C5 (declaration of the owner's commitment to repayment, jointly and severally with the beneficiary, of the share of the grant calculated in proportion to the number of years of non-use); only if the applicant is not the owner of the building and the owner is a private person

- copy of the registered preliminary contract of sale of the property to be acquired; only in the case of purchase of a property

- attachment C6 (certified appraisal report drawn up by persons registered with the registers of engineers, architects, surveyors or industrial experts certifying the market value of the property, as well as the conformity of the property with national and provincial building and town planning regulations); only in the case of the purchase of a property

- attachment C7 (declaration in lieu of affidavit by the legal representative of the absence of family relationships up to the third degree of kinship between the seller and the purchaser); only in the case of the purchase of a property

- technical-economic feasibility project, in compliance with the provisions of Legislative Decree no. 36 of 31 March 2023; only in the case of construction, renovation, refurbishment, extraordinary maintenance, technological adaptation and extension of a building

- technical-illustrative report economic framework and plans of the premises with the layout of the furnishings drawn up by a technician, only in the case of purchase of furnishings

- copy of the articles of association or memorandum of association of the cultural organisation (if not already in the possession of the provincial administration)

- photocopy of an identity document of the applicant (if the application is signed with a handwritten signature and not in the presence of the employee in charge)
