Grant for special cultural events

Applications for the grants provided for under Article 13 of Provincial Law 15/2007 must be submitted quarterly during the relevant year, at least 15 calendar days before the start of the event to which they relate.

1st quarter:January–March

Application submission window:

by 15 November of the previous year for special events scheduled from 1 to 15 January; from 15 January to 31 March;

2nd quarter: April–June

 Application submission window: from 1 April to 30 June

3rd quarter: July–September

Application period: 1 July to 30 September

4th quarter: October–December

Application period: 1 October to 15 November

Beneficiaries of grants must submit to the relevant provincial authority, well in advance – at least 10 days before the start of the activity – all promotional material relating to the funded activity and initiatives (posters, leaflets, press releases, invitations, etc.) to enable the monitoring and verification of the activity carried out.

Applications may be submitted by non-profit cultural organisations with legal personality, or those registered with the Runts, or which have been active for at least two years, and which, in accordance with their Articles of Association or memorandum of association, primarily carry out cultural activities and have their registered office or operational headquarters in Trentino; or natural persons who submit applications exclusively for initiatives aimed at launching the professional careers of young artists and who have their registered office or operational headquarters in Trentino.

The application form may be submitted via one of the following channels:

• by hand delivery to the relevant provincial office or to the Province’s public information and assistance desks;
• by post via registered post with acknowledgement of receipt; for the purposes of admission, the date of the postmark from the accepting post office shall be deemed valid;
• by fax to the number corresponding to the relevant provincial office;
• electronically to the certified email address serv.attcult@pec.provincia.tn.it.

- Photocopy of the applicant’s identity document (in the case of an application signed by hand and not in the presence of the relevant official)
