Goods - c/third parties - Registration with 1.5 tonne restriction

The pursuit of road haulage with vehicles with a total mass of up to 1.5 tonnes, even if this mass is exceeded due to the combination with a technically towable trailer, is subject to registration in the Register of Road Haulage Companies for Third Parties with only the requirement of good repute being demonstrated.
These companies do not have to enter the market, as the registration of vehicles used for road haulage is free. Once registration in the register is obtained, however, the company must register at least one new or used vehicle for third-party use and enter it in the Company Register of the Chamber of Commerce for the exercise of road haulage activities on behalf of third parties. The authorisation to practise road haulage is certified on the registration certificate of the vehicle used to practise the profession, which must state third-party use.

• send to the PEC address motorizzazione.civile@pec.provincia.tn.it. or deliver to the goods counter at the offices of the Civil Vehicle Registration Authority.

• annex 1 Declaration in lieu of certification and affidavit of good standing requirement, signed by the owner, family collaborator, all partners with unlimited liability in SNCs, SASs and all directors of SpAs, Srls, cooperatives, etc.);
• identification document.
