Facilitations for technical assistance to land improvement consortia

Facilitations to cover the costs of technical and administrative assistance services specific to land improvement consortia.

Applications for assistance may be submitted from 1 to 30 September of the year in which the expenditure is incurred.

The aid is granted to first and second degree land improvement consortia directly or through the representative, protection and assistance associations delegated to submit the application and collect the aid.

The application for aid may be submitted directly by the land improvement consortia or through the representative associations as specified below:

(a) Consortia that are not members of Associations.

They can apply directly for aid for the costs incurred for specific technical-administrative assistance services.

b) Consortia that make use of the assistance provided by Associations that are members of the Associations.

The consortia submit applications for assistance to the Associations and delegate them to submit the application and collect the public contribution. The delegation is issued at the time of the first request for assistance and is valid until revoked.

The association shall

• provide the assistance service requested by the Consortium;
• submitting the application and the funding request to the competent provincial structure in the name and on behalf of the associated Consortia;
• collecting the public contribution in the name and on behalf of the associated Consortia.

To access the facility, the completed and signed application form must be submitted in one of the following ways

• hand delivery directly to the competent structure or at the peripheral assistance and public information desks;
• postal delivery by registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt. In this case, the postmark of dispatch will be taken as proof;
• electronic transmission by e-mail to the following address: serv.agricoltura@pec.provincia.tn.it;

To the grant application submitted directly by the Consortium the following documents must be attached

a) the list of the technical-administrative assistance showing for each assistance the budgeted expenditure and indicating the professional chosen to carry out the assistance;

b) a copy of the minutes of the resolution passed by the competent body approving the expenditure estimate for the financial year in question and the professional chosen;

To the grant application submitted by the Association the following documents must be attached to the application

a) annual assistance programme with an indication of the assistance activities that the association will provide during the financial year, indicating, for each type, the presumed number of beneficiaries and the relevant expenditure

b) overall budget estimate

c) estimated list, also in computerised form, of the Consortia participating in the service, provided by the Associations, indicating, for each of them, the estimated expenditure.

An advance payment of up to a maximum of 50% of the granted contribution may be made upon presentation of a specific request when submitting the application.
