To the grant application submitted directly by the Consortium the following documents must be attached
a) the list of the technical-administrative assistance showing for each assistance the budgeted expenditure and indicating the professional chosen to carry out the assistance;
b) a copy of the minutes of the resolution passed by the competent body approving the expenditure estimate for the financial year in question and the professional chosen;
To the grant application submitted by the Association the following documents must be attached to the application
a) annual assistance programme with an indication of the assistance activities that the association will provide during the financial year, indicating, for each type, the presumed number of beneficiaries and the relevant expenditure
b) overall budget estimate
c) estimated list, also in computerised form, of the Consortia participating in the service, provided by the Associations, indicating, for each of them, the estimated expenditure.
An advance payment of up to a maximum of 50% of the granted contribution may be made upon presentation of a specific request when submitting the application.
