Description
The Exceptional Transport Portal is the single point of contact between the Exceptional Transport Sector and citizens, companies and bodies for the management of
- issue of authorisations for the circulation of vehicles and transports in exceptional conditions (art. 10, par. 6, of the C.d.S.) as well as, exceptional agricultural and operating machines (art. 104, par. 8 and art. 114, par. 3, of the C.d.S.)
- control of attachments in accordance with the rules of the Highway Code or the Enforcement Regulations
- verification of the practicability of the route
- requesting the opinion of the external sectors or the bridges sector and the municipalities if they have jurisdiction
Restrictions
- Road wear and tear charges are determined according to national tables, if due.
- The number of revenue stamps may vary depending on the type of application.
