Entry in the List of Presidents of Qualification and IeFP Diploma Commissions

In order to enrol in the Provincial List of Examination Board Presidents, an application must be completed. The President of the Examination Board at the end of the Vocational Education and Training (VET) pathways is the guarantor of the examination procedure, of its correctness, transparency and good performance

For persons employed by public administrations other than the Autonomous Province of Trento, in order to hold the office of chairman of committees, authorisation must be obtained from the body to which they belong, in accordance with current legal provisions.
For persons belonging to the Autonomous Province of Trento, including staff of state-run schools or provincial training institutions, it is necessary to obtain the positive opinion of their Headmaster

Italian citizens or citizens of another EU Member State.

The application may be submitted by

• employees of the Provincial Administration or functional and instrumental Bodies, classified in the professional category who have in any case held the position of President
• employees (public or private), experts in one of the examination disciplines related to the provincial repertoire of IeFP pathways or in any case experts in vocational training
• teachers, directors or managers of provincial and parish educational and training institutions
• technical and administrative staff of the provincial or equalitarian (IeFP) scholastic and training Institutions, classified at least in professional category C or equivalent according to the reference C.C.N.L. or who have already held the position of President of an examination commission

Applications, in PDF or JPEG format, must be filled in digitally signed or in original and sent by

• their email to the PEC address of the competent provincial service
• registered mail with return receipt (the date of the postmark will serve as proof of the date of acceptance)
• hand delivery to the competent provincial service.

A valid identity document must be attached to the application
